Sales Academy

NextGen Marketing Internship

Marketing

NextGen Corporate Accounting Internship

Accounting

Step into the financial backbone of Walser through our Accounting internship. You’ll work with dealership or corporate teams on reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial processes. This is a great opportunity to apply classroom learning in a high-volume, real-world business setting.

NextGen HR Internship

HR

HR interns experience the people side of business, supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. NextGen Data And Logistics Internship

Inventory

Inventory interns work behind the scenes to keep inventory, reporting, and vehicle distribution running smoothly. You’ll analyze trends, organize systems, and support the movement of vehicles across multiple dealerships. This internship blends analytical skills with operational problem-solving.

You won’t just shadow: you’ll contribute. Every intern is paired with a mentor, given meaningful projects, and evaluated through structured milestones. You’ll also participate in special events like Accelerate Days and complete a Capstone Project Showcase to present your impact directly to Walser leadership.

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a related field aligning with the internship’s focus

  • Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior (undergrad)

  • Beyond Grades: Insights on character, work ethic, and relevant coursework. Commitment and involvement in university life.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
