Sales Academy
Jump into the action of automotive sales through our Sales Academy Internship. You’ll learn how to build customer relationships, manage leads, and close deals while working alongside top-performing sales professionals. This is real-world sales training with a clear path to a rewarding career.
Marketing
From social media campaigns to event planning, our Marketing interns gain hands-on experience shaping the Walser brand. You’ll work on projects that drive engagement, generate leads, and highlight our community impact. It’s a chance to combine creativity with strategy in a fast-paced environment.
IT
Our IT internships put you at the heart of the systems that keep a large, multi-dealership operation running. Business Development

Accounting
Step into the financial backbone of Walser through our Accounting internship. You’ll work with dealership or corporate teams on reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial processes. This is a great opportunity to apply classroom learning in a high-volume, real-world business setting.
HR
HR interns experience the people side of business, supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to everything from policy and compliance to culture-building projects. It’s a chance to see how a strong HR team shapes the employee experience at every level.
Inventory
Inventory interns work behind the scenes to keep inventory, reporting, and vehicle distribution running smoothly. You’ll analyze trends, organize systems, and support the movement of vehicles across multiple dealerships. This internship blends analytical skills with operational problem-solving.
